By placing an order with NoveltyHub, you agree to our sales terms, conditions, and policies.
Application of Terms; Customer Acknowledgment
These Terms constitute a binding contract between the customer and NoveltyHub.
By making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on our website, you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are subject to change without prior notice. Purchase Price and Product Images
Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices INCLUDE VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping; Risk of Loss
During working hours, orders are usually processed within 2-3 hours. However,
please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.
Novelty Hub typically ships out orders within one business day after they have been placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). We try our best to DISPATCH all orders the same day if they are paid for before 10 am (weekdays). However, please note that this is a BEST EFFORT service. You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
We ship nationwide, to your door. If under R1000, flat rate of R120!
If over R1000 - FREE :-)
**We use a COURIER SERVICE, we do NOT use the post office.
This is overnight (next BUSINESS day service) to major centres (2-3 days extra to
REGIONAL centres), but can take a few days to outlying areas.
**Please note - large items (over 2kg) might take an extra 1-2 days shipping time.
Additionally, larger/heavier items might incur a higher delivery fee - we will inform
you after your order is placed if there are any additional courier fees. This also
applies volumetrically, if the length x breadth x height of a package / 4000 comes to more than 2kg.
All times stated above exclude weekends and public holidays.
Novelty Hub charges shipping and handling fees for every shipment, unless a
special promotion or contract term provides otherwise; such cost includes the freight charged by the carrier, packaging, and handling.
Delivery times are estimates only, and we shall not be liable for any delays caused
by the courier company.
PLEASE NOTE - We cannot ship to certain townships, farms, plots, or extreme
outlying areas.
Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in
advance. No item will be shipped out until Proof of Payment has been emailed to
payments@noveltyhub.co.za We allow a maximum of 3 days to complete order payment. Failure to do so will result in the order being canceled.
*FREE SHIPPING does not apply to reshipping of warranty repairs/replacements.

Pricing Information; Availability; Errors and Omissions Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change. We reserve the right to make adjustments to pricing, products, and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes, and errors in advertisements.
All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill customer's orders. If a product is no longer available, we will offer an alternative (subject to a partial refund or pay-in, depending on the price difference of the alternative), or offer a full refund on the item that is out of stock. Our priority is your satisfaction with the purchase you have made from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and warranty policy, subject to the terms and conditions below:
Returns:
You can return any purchase for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7
days of delivery. Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 days and ensure that it is ready for collection within 10 days of the delivery
date.
Log your return request within 7 days of receipt of your item and select the
appropriate reason for return: changed my mind/item exchange, faulty on
arrival, or incorrect item received.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item is no longer in brand
new condition or if the item seal/packaging has been broken.
Refunds are subject to inspection of the item(s). In some cases, items will
need to be sent to the supplier for evaluation and testing, which may take up
to 15 working days. Once a refund has been approved, it may take 3-5
business days to be processed.
Please ensure that you re-package the item safely and include all original
product packaging.
We do not reimburse your shipping fee to return the item to us. If the item is
subject to replacement, we will pay for the return shipping. If the item was
ordered incorrectly, no longer required, or you have changed your mind, there
is a collection fee of R99 that will be charged and deducted from the refund
amount once the supplier has credited us.
All software products are not eligible for credit or refund once purchased.
Warranty:
All items are covered by a 12-month warranty (unless otherwise stated) which
will be honoured directly by NoveltyHub.
If an item needs to be returned for assessment, it will be evaluated by Novelty
Hub before a warranty claim can be accepted. If the item is found to be in
good working order, a collection and re-shipping fee will apply (starting at R99
per shipment).
After the 6-month period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We can,
however, replace or repair the item depending on the outcome after our team
of professionals has inspected the product.
Batteries are covered under warranty, but please note that GEL, AGM, and
LEAD ACID batteries have limited cycle runs and may reach the end of their
life before the end of the warranty.
NoveltyHub reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged from
misuse, items are missing, or if the product is altered in any way.
The warranty will no longer be valid, and NoveltyHub will not be responsible
for damage or injury of any kind resulting from: electricity fluctuations and
surges, lightning strikes, faults in the building wiring, faulty installations, and
improper use of controls, failure to use the product in accordance with the
operating instructions and or general misuse and or abuse, damage caused
by a superior force (vis major) or if the product has been infested with insects
or pests, if the product is physically damaged after it left the store, if water or
liquid caused the damage to the product, if the warranty seal is tampered with,
or any repair or tampering by an unauthorised person or attempt to repair or
tamper with the equipment, or use of parts not supplied by authorised agents,
or alterations or modification to the equipment shall render the warranty null
and void.
